The 2026-10-10_mvp-prd set explains how an MVP tests an assumption and how a PRD documents a release’s intended outcomes, boundaries and acceptance criteria. Its shared Scope Cut diagram connects the two without treating an MVP as a cheap incomplete product or a PRD as a replacement for discovery.

These are local workstation links, not public artifact hosting. A remote browser cannot open another machine’s file: URLs. The wiki records delivered artifacts and acceptance, without inventing a public explainer/poster route.

RB-J verified, with exact-byte boundaries

RB-J verdict: verified, after the 11:55Z citation re-check closed the initial markup defect. Accepted explainer SHA-256 is d2148c2b663f856955d798235e3b7c9ef675fc7f696be9b7e6c74e8c2c229237; data SHA-256 is 17c1c3317f56a0d9bb55f6130c121f81761eff96d4738a5310f4a93078de4c18. The earlier e4d3f2b9… explainer is historical pre-fix evidence, not the accepted current HTML.

  • The data is embedded byte-identically once in the explainer and poster. Text/provenance checks found no unsupported numeric tokens, banned placeholders or visible internal-key leaks; all 125 poster text elements resolve their content pointers.
  • Sixteen fetched claims were checked against sources. Origin attribution, terminology variation and paraphrase boundaries remain explicit, not an invented universal MVP/PRD definition.
  • The A3 PDF is 297 × 420 mm, one page, raster-only, with no searchable text. Its embedded pixels equal the 3509 × 4959 poster PNG. SVG remains editable.
  • Loca browser evidence covers widths 320/390/756/1024/1440, native keyboard inspection/pin/deep-link/Escape, zero overflow, zero console errors and only the required document request. No Mac browser was used.
  • The citation defect is closed: 75 static citation paragraphs strictly alternate link and separator; no links remain beneath aria-hidden, and source links no longer touch. The changed-byte producer proof recorded 200 assertions / zero failures, including a missing-divider negative control. RB-J rechecked the changed markup and retained its verified verdict; it did not falsely claim a second independent browser run.
  • Small cosmetic poster notes are nonblocking. SYSTEM.md still carried an older 1200×400 geometry description in RB-J; the approved artifacts are 1200×714. That stale contract prose is documented, not silently promoted as the artifact geometry.

Reading limits

The worked pilot is fictional and marked not built / not tested. Diagram blocks and example scope are teaching devices, not measured performance, adoption or risk percentages. MVP versus minimum marketable/lovable product terminology varies by author. The PRD skeleton remains updatable and does not replace customer discovery or engineering feasibility work.

Current URL/state

  • Intended wiki page: https://wiki.explainers.loca.zone/2026-10-10-mvp-prd — newly registered Quartz source; publication pending Gatekeeper route/TLS registration, not asserted live.
  • Source: loca:/home/loca/dev/wikis/explainers/content/2026-10-10-mvp-prd.md; source topic 2026-10-10_mvp-prd/visual/; build ~/dev/wikis/build.sh explainers. Explainers index links this entry.
  • Artifact acceptance: RB-J verified on explainer d2148c2b… / data 17c1c331… and the delivered A3 SVG/PNG/PDF. Artifacts remain workstation-local; publication of the wiki does not constitute a new artifact build or acceptance run.
